Hackathon Starter Prompt
Starter prompt for an agent teams to start working on a hackathon challenge.
Read the github. I’m trying to participate in this hackathon. Read the contents of the hackathon. Let’s first design the CLUADE.md: this is going to be a very brief and concise document that describes ALWAYS FOLLOW rules. Do not include redundant information (e.g., folder architecture, which can be easily determined by ls commands) Determine what rules should be applied, and add it to the CLAUDE.md. One rule that I will add is, create inside documents folder a folder named ‘human’, inside write contents so I can follow up what is going on and anytime catch up the ai agent working on it and work on the project. This should be like a comprehensive guide. To prevent context overusage, reading and writing on this folder shall always be assigned to a separate agent; you, the orchestrator, will only communicate via summary given by the designated agent.
I’ll be working from two computers: one at work, and another at home. The work pc is a laptop with ‘3080 laptop’ gpu, windows with wsl2 running. I can access a server computer with 5090 from this work pc via ssh. The home pc is my main station; it is a desktop with 5060 ti gpu, 12gb vram, 32gb ram, windows with wsl2 running. I installed nvidia isaac sim and it worked fine. These two I cannot operate simultaneously, so it will be more of running background tasks at work pc, then doing to main task at home pc. Will use github for sync.
I’m planning to save work time by utilizing the ai; you, the orchestrator, shall plan thoroughly and assign designated agents for different tasks. For example, you shall assign a perception researcher agent who plans, designs, implement, and test perception models and logics. Or perhaps you could assign a researcher and a programmer separately; you decide on this issue. There will be another for planning and control, etc. After rigorous research your team is going to decide which model to use for each task, and so on. Always have a devil’s advocate to claim ideas; but not for the sake of criticism, but for building a better output. Maximum permitted number of team members is 12; in this number, create whatever team you think is required for such project.
The first phase is going to be understanding the task and finding a starting point. At this point, do not write any code. Write rigorous documents and plans, and write tasks document. Think of best way to organize documents. Again, do not forget the instructions on documents/human folder. This shall not be hoarded with too much information, but crisp, clear instructions, well structured. The challenge main page: http://url.com
